Awarded silver at the EVCOM Screen Awards 2015 in The Laurus Award category – an award given for the most outstanding film achieved with a low budget.
To conceptualise, film and deliver a promotional film to generate sponsors for Tamsin whom after having cancer at a young age was the first person in the world to regrow
a bone in her upper arm. Now a British Elite Equestrian rider, Tamsin needed sponsorship in her quest to compete in the 2016 Rio Paralympics.
Use illustrations drawn in the sand of Tamsin’s indoor arena to tell her powerful story in a more interesting way and visual manner.
Shot at Tamsin’s stables utilising the scale of the indoor arena to emphasise the momentous achievements she has made in her life. By using a scissor lift we were able to shoot from above to show just how long it took for Tamsin to re-grow her bone adding scale and awe to the film.
